This was our third year going to Wales West for Christmas. We really enjoy riding the train to Santa's village. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a really fun place to bring the family.

We had a 3, 4 and 7 year old and they all had a blast! There was so much to do! We were there for 3 hours and could have stayed longer if we had time!
Our first time to Wales West was last night! Their was a very nice gentleman named Jerry standing right at the entrance telling us where everything was located. Maybe could make a map to hand out for future events for those with short term memory loss aka, kids! The train to the North Pole was our favorite! Santa, Mrs. Claus & the elves were very helpful & patient. The hayride was just as fun & our 3yo son loved the tractor pulling it. This place is a train lovin' kids dream. We took my son around Halloween and Christmas and had a blast both times.
