My wife took her 76 year old mother and 81 year old step-dad to Wales West to celebrate his 81'st Birthday. They went for the Scary Halloween train plus other attractions that were offered. My wife mentioned all staff and volunteers there were top notch, and that this place is "magical". As one staff member said, whoever crosses the entrance gate becomes a kid again...and he was right!! Yesyerday my 1 year old, my husband and I went there for the first time and we loved it!!
My family of 3 had the best time! We chose to go spontaneously since our original plan closer to home fell through. I've been wanting to go for a year or so now after seeing so many posts of people I know there because our son loves trains so I knew he would enjoy it... but my husband and I did also. It was just a neat place... felt like it's own little town. I’ve loved this place since I started going here and helping out when my friends dad lived here! It’s a great environment for everyone! There was so much to do for my two year old, which as most of you know, it’s hard to find somewhere that has enough to keep them occupied. Can’t wait to come back at Christmas!

A great place with great volunteers!! They make Easter, Christmas and Halloween family traditions!!
I took my 22 month old here for the first time and we absolutely loved it! Pretty unique getting to ride a train to the pumpkin patch. All the employees were so friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great time and we will be back!
