We applied for an apartment and paid a $500 deposit, being told that approval would take a couple of days. Despite having excellent credit and solid income, it took them 9 days to process our application — far longer than promised. I have been here for 9 years, and absolutely love it! The people are nice and the managers see that your needs are met but most of allthe maintenance guys are excellent, especially Rich.
