I had been going to Lake Country Veterinary in Hartland for the past 15 years. With covid they wouldn't let me go in with my pet. I have a Cavalier with stage 4 heart murmur and by nature they are anxious dogs. I was told by the same vet that refused my entry I shouldn't do anything to stress him out. Wales animal clinic allowed me to be with my dog. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Dr. Josh seemed knowledgeable about the breed and was very personable.

Great environment- Dr. Stewart is our vet who we like to see and he is amazing. Really cares about the animals he sees! Our dog and cat love Wales animal clinic!
