Mr Waleed got a tenant ( family of 5 - couple with 3 young kids)for our basement unit . He is a pleasant man when you talk to him but apart from that there were many issues that arose with this tenant and getting a hold of Mr Waleed I understand that he is busy but professional courtesy requires that at least you respond timely- not 5days or a week or 2 weeks. 10/10!!! Waleed and his team exceeded every expectation! Not only did he get us well above asking price for our home but he did it after being on the market for only 72 hrs! Absolutely amazing job!
