I have always been happy going here,but from today I will never come back. At 2pm I called to see if I can walk in. The person said yes. I went at 3pm. She told me they are not taking anymore appointments today and they are closing at 4pm not 5. Another person came out and said the doctor is on maternity leave and on Thursdays they close at 4. Service was fantastic! My fiancé has a rare disease. We actually came here out of desperation, because my fiancé's doctor of 30 years (Dr. DeIngenis) left High Mountain Health in Wayne. She remembered Dr. Amadeo was a substitute, and was pretty good. We originally tried Dr. Gashi in Wayne, but Gashi was your typical doctor: arrogant, and does not listen to her patients. Steve at the Waldwick office is great. He has helped me so much with referrals and insurance. He has done an outstanding job and goes above and beyond to help me.
Dr. Jackie is amazing. My wife recommended me to her after having terrible experience at my old primary care doctor. Like I told my wife I don't care if Jackie moves to a far away office I will travel to it, because she is an amazing doctor and actually listens to you. Do not hesitate. Come here. The staff is super nice too.
Really like this office. Doctor Jackie is extremely nice and thorough with her analysis, and I feel I get the attention I need.
