Dr Cooke took care of an issue years ago that another office ignored for years, and I'm very grateful. The past year has been going downhill now. I've never actually seen a doctor after having a major surgery years ago and only see a PA. So they don't notice the things the doctor had caught. Now I'm getting billed for an annual check up when the PA asked if I was having any issues, so I answered that I was having spotting issues. So they billed me because it wasn't part of a check up. They don't answer the phones anymore. Th... read more

After careful thought, I am submitted a complaint against Danielle Salley to the information email address and Dr. Cooke did respond. When Danielle entered the room, she was very pleasant, smiled and provided what I perceived to be a genuine, professional greeting--she looks younger in person versus the website. This office provides terrible service and their staff is incompetent and under-informed. The billing specialist LAFAYE THELWELL is especially dishonest, participating in fraudulent behavior and lying for the capital gain of the Practice. They literally charged me after never seeing me, refuse to refund me, and refused to answer the phone or call me back. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any provider or doctors office in my entire life.

Despite using the same insurance I’ve had for years without issue, this office gave me the runaround for four months, citing different reasons why they couldn’t proceed. To make matters worse, they tried to push a different option on me—one I had already declined—simply because it was easier for them to bill. Eventually, my insurance company provided a solution, but the office refused to follow through and then stopped responding to my questions. This w... read more

My experience with Waldorf Women’s Care was beyond unacceptable. My wife and I were billed incorrectly, and the way the charges were submitted raised serious concerns about whether this was incompetence or something more intentional. Trying to fix the issue was even worse. There is no direct phone number to speak with anyone—none. The only way to communicate is through a text-based portal where responses are slow, vague, or nonexistent. It feels like a deliberate barrier to avoid accountability. The situation became so frust... read more
