They are lazy, you cannot just speak with anyone its a struggle even talking to the lady that they transfer you to takes entirely too long to figure things out which lets me know shes not even in the building. Then when it comes to a concern with your body that youve had all your life you have to prove it thats ridiculous me telling you something and constantly experiencing it should be enough. But they dont really care, they send messages then tell you dont even respond and if you want help you have to talk to ai. LAZY they... read more

Two months ago I booked my very first GYN appointment ever with Waldorf Women’s Care and had a poor experience to say the least. Upon my first visit I was immediately scheduled for a pelvic ultrasound because the P.A (Blackbourne) recommended it after feeling a mass. During the follow up appointment where I was told I had multiple very large ovarian cysts, she showed no bedside manner and basically just scheduled the pre op. I was worried about the possibility of rupturing or torsion (a concern she mentioned during the follo... read more

UPDATE: AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. they terminated my care in retaliation for this review. I have never treated any of their staff unkind or unprofessional. My doctor told me she enjoyed having me as a patient. For them to terminate my care speaks to who they are as people and as a business. This is not the place you want to go if you care about your health. I was not even there for a month. It was 2 weeks and 3 visits. They’re okay with taking your money but not okay with providing quality care. The other staff was lau... read more

I always have a positive experience here! The front desk staff was very patient and helpful when I had trouble with the portal before my appointment. I was greeted warmly and checked in very quickly. I was the last appointment of the day, but both the nurse and Rasmine Brown took their time and listened to me fully and made sure I didn't feel rushed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable experience.

Only giving one star because the doctor I’ve been seeing has been amazing. I love Dr. Hall. She’s very professional and reliable. She leads with integrity, empathy, and compassion. Everything you need in the health care space. However, the receptionist with the braids that works at the front and the office manager lack professionalism, empathy, and compassion. They don’t care if you’re in pain or if it’s an emergency requiring care they put themselves first. They have a 10 min grace period but if you don’t come at the 9 min ... read more
