If you’re looking for a short opinion, mine is this: while it was nice being close to Little Italy and Case Western, putting up with management makes this place a no-go. No central AC: if they don’t have any spare window AC units, you will have to purchase one yourself. Even with two in my apartment, I found myself constantly hot. Hannah and Melissa were incredibly responsive and helpful when we needed assistance securing a new lease. They consistently followed up and made prompt arrangements whenever we had urgent maintenance requests. The location is ideal—close to CWRU and within easy reach of local grocery stores—making it perfect for students and medical professionals alike.
Nice service by Hannah ,Melissa and others who works here. Though the apartments are bit pricey but thinking about CWRU campus from home ,it is an ideal location. From a year experience living here , I would rate 5/5
