Waited almost 5 hours to have my charging system and battery checked and had a 830am appointment. I also was told you are in line since I did an online appointment. The service writer act like I was in line from the previous day or something??? With an 830am appointment it shouldn't take 5 hours to have your vehicle looked at!! How many people could have been in front of a 830am appointment??? Wow!! And it cost me 195.00 for a 15 minute check!!
