I have been coming to this place for over 10 years and the customer service here has went down tremendously until recently! The staff they have there currently is amazing and they have turned that place around! Specifically Mr. Rob who assists customers in the front end. He made the experience so much easier by explaining everything that was going to happen with my car; and he also broke down the recommendations from the mechanics in the back.
