I brought my Ford Transit in to have the ABS module and brake booster replaced. While the repairs were being done, the technician broke my hood prop and never said a word about it. I only discovered it later when I went to add windshield wiper fluid. This kind of behavior is extremely disappointing and feels dishonest.
