I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Marvin Lenzy-Copeland through Waldorf Ford’s new Mobility Concierge Service. Marvin came directly to my home to service my vehicle, and I was impressed from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and very detail-oriented, taking the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was being done to my car. Waldorf Ford has been really Amazing so far! Ci Ci who I’ve worked with and spoke to has been absolutely Amazing to work with!! Also my service advisor Ashley has been amazing while they are working with my truck and fixing bad issues I’ve had with another dealership! 5 stars so far!!
