Less than honest company. I inquired about a specific vehicle and asked if the title was a rebuilt title. They answered no and commented that it had a previous engine light that was resolved. They failed to disclose that the car was manufactures buy back until I came to test drive it. Even then the salesman tried to sugar coat the reason it was a buy back and that the title was Branded as a buy back. Branded titles can be difficult to finance and to get insurance on. Just bought a 2026 Grand Cherokee. Salesman John Mudge is very experienced and made the process easy. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of dealing with the service department at Larry H. Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I feel obligated to share my experience. Friday I drove 4hrs to the dealership, agreed to OTD numbers, let them run my credit, and sent them all the documents ahead of time to have the paperwork ready to go. After I test drove the truck I was going to purchase they hit me with a lower number for my trade than agreed upon. They were well aware it needed front tires before I drove there.
