CP Pittman in the service department handled the problems that I had with my 2020 Dodge Ram 1500, not once, but twice with an issue of engine missing and misfiring along with any other problems I had with the truck. He took charge of getting it done for me. I recommended a couple people to buy from this dealership because of the service I received from CP Pittman. He is the reason I will continue to take my truck here for service.
I purchased a 2020 Ram 2500 Heavy Duty Power Wagon on 28 Nov 20. My salesman was Robb. Robb was extremely polite, knowledgeable about the products and honest!!! Robb's customer service was simply THROUGH THE ROOF!!!!!!! His professionalism, wonderful sense of humor and dedication to ensuring I (the customer) was taken care of exemplifies what every car salesperson should have. Wes is great if only the auto service backed him up. My transmission went out never had an issue before spending $1300 of my hard earned money on a simple repair from them required to pass emmisions. Needless to say it passed. A week later check engine light. I go back to dealer. Four more issues need to be fixed. How?this vehicle was running perfect just one emmisions issue.
