The best experience and they helped me a lot with my new truck and Robert was the best
By far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was looking at purchasing a new Silverado and have tried for 2 days now to get numbers on it and so far nothing. The only thing we were disagreeing on was the trade in value of my truck but it seems everyone at this dealer doesn’t care to make a sale or close a deal. I’ll update this if something changes and I get the truck that I’ve been trying to buy for 2 days but right now I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anybody.
Dionna is a knowledgeable and wonderful person at your company. Buying a car can be a very stressful situation. She took the time to show us the ends and outs of our new car. I recommend her to anyone shopping for a car.
Great customer service
The best dealership experience I’ve ever encountered. I was in there for about three hours. I was able to select my vehicle, test drive and complete paperwork. Mr. Jermaine was my sales person that helped me feel comfortable in my new ride. He ensured that it was equipped with all of the features that I requested, I am extremely ecstatic to be on this journey driving a Chevrolet for the first time thank you Chevrolet Cadillac of Waldorf.
