I live 10 minutes from here so I decided to have my Escalade serviced, went online and booked, received an email and 2 texts. Arrive and I have no appointment and no attempt to accommodate me. They all appear to hate their job. Now I know why I purchased and usually schedule my service online at Lindsey and not this place. Then I tried to schedule an appointment in person waited 5+ minutes but the person making appointments was mopping up a spill. Very poor customer service and I mean poor.
