If I could give less stars, I absolutely would. I've given it 2 weeks, and I'm still so angry about my experience here. We came in to take a look at a Pacifica advertised on their website. Made an appointment for 9am. Not only did they show us the wrong vehicle when we arrived, but when we found the vehicle we actually wanted to purchase, they didn't have the key. I had a terrible experience with National Auto in Waldorf. They advertised a great price on Cars.com, which initially seemed like a fair deal. However, when I went to purchase, they completely changed the story. They claimed the listed price was just what they paid for the car at auction and that they had to add all their "costs" to it. By the time they were done, they had tacked on an extra $3,000–$4,000 in hidden fees, making the final price way higher than what was originally agreed upon.
