The Services are fine. Spa environment not that amazing. They change pricing and tell you to read the fine print. "Starting at" usually meant for add on services but in their case they will raise the price at busy times or weekends. The staff doesn't properly speak or let you know to you during booking. Won't be coming back.
The Waldorf spa was very nice. I have been to many Spa's around the country and the reason I gave the Waldorf a 4 star is because I was alittle disappointed by the amenities. For example, theres no uni-sex waiting area your told to wait in the men's waiting room or the female waiting room till your called for your treatment. In other spa's I have been to they have other rooms like rain rooms, stone rooms, cold/hot saunas etc. I will say the service that was provided by Breanna to book the party of friends I had was top notch... read more
I really enjoyed my visit to the spa at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. I got a 50 minute massage with Jerome with a focus area on my neck and shoulders to relieve a tension headache. He is clearly a knowledgeable massage therapist and was very professional. The massage was quite good and I left feeling much better with my headache resolved. Facilities were very clean and service within the spa was excellent.
Whilst you may believe (based on pricing) than the Waldorf is at the same level as either the Four Seasons or the Ritz, please beware. The list of failings is immense: Even the best suites (supposedly firework view) are merely plagued with the view and noise of the air conditioning plant servicing their convention centre, and the fireworks are so far away they shouldn’t even market it for this. The rooms are lacking in many ways, from lack of housekeeping when sign is illuminated, failure to provide towels, failure to replen... read more
