I did a e-check in and when I got to the hotel they took my suite away and put me in a standard king room and told me that my two rooms had maintenance issues and that they don't have any more king suite because the hotel was sold out. Very disappointed special when I always stay at this hotel.

I absolutely love this place! We got the couple's massage and it was such a wonderful experience. Everyone was so nice and professional. I definitely recommend this place for your comfort and relaxation! The whole place was so beautiful. Whenever I come back to Orlando, this will be the place I come back to!
