Update: We gave them another chance (NYE 2025/2026) Guess what, they had the same BAD band, lol. We were hoping they learned from last year’s fiasco and got a new band, but no . Definitely looking for a new place/party this year. NYE 2024/2025 We loved last year’s New Year celebration. That is why we went back this year, but the band they got at the pool party wasn’t the right one for this type of event. They weren’t bad, but last year’s DJ really got people dancing and had way better song choices.
Everyone here was so amazing and kind. Ed at the front desk was so very helpful and helped us have a wonderful stay. Very appreciative of everyone and we will definitely be back!
Stayed a night with my husband for his birthday at the lovely Waldorf Astoria Orlando. We’ve never stayed prior to this weekend and have dined at Bull n Bear a few times most recent was for our Christmas dinner we’ve made tradition of. My wife and I did a one night stay for my birthday. WOW, we fell in love with the resort grounds and amenities. Bull and Bear is one of our favorite restaurants. We got to watch the Disney fireworks from our room to end the night. We will be staying again soon for a weekend getaway.
My experience at Waldorf Astoria Orlando was completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected from a luxury hotel. This was my first time visiting Orlando, and I chose this property because of its reputation. Instead, I was met with disrespect and a complete lack of professionalism. I had $500 available on my card and was fully willing to pay the remaining balance in cash, yet your staff refused to cooperate or offer any reasonable solution.
