I don’t normally leave reviews but this hotel has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced! We stayed for the weekend and it felt like we were back home at our country club. Everyone is so polite and making sure you’re having the best stay and experience. I cannot recommend it enough! The renovation and staff are amazing. Hands down best hotel in NYC
I greatly enjoyed my stay here, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Even when I was trying to avoid them haha. The hotel is well staffed and maintained. The conceriage is extremely knowledgeable about the restoration of the hotel and it's history. The room was a very comfortable size and the bathtub was worth the stay.
