Fantastic stay at the Waldorf Astoria New York. The post-renovation updates are outstanding—modern, luxurious, and still true to the building’s historic character. Check-in and bell services were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. The lobby lounge was excellent with great food and genuinely top-tier service. From the moment we arrived to celebrate my wife’s birthday, TT opened our limousine door with outstanding customer service, assisted with our bags and escorted us to the elevator with our bags as seen in the photos. The front desk attendant John was thorough and attentive. All hotel staff greeted us by name, Mr & Mrs Jones. Paula, the Peacock Alley day manager, gave us a quick tour of the lobby and clock then personally escorted us to Lex Yard for breakfast (BTW the food was amazing). The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — it feels like stepping into a modern Atlas Shrugged landmark. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, rich with history, and truly a memorable experience.
