I’ve stayed at many Waldorf Astoria properties worldwide (Dubai, Jerusalem, NYC, Maldives, Chicago, Beverly Hills, Cancun, Amsterdam, Rome, Bangkok), so I arrived with clear expectations of the brand. This Las Vegas property, while in a good location and with some strong physical attributes, did not come close to the standard I’ve consistently experienced elsewhere. Hezký klidný hotel dobře situovaný v centru Las Vegas. Nemá kasino, a proto je klidný. Nahoře je úžasná terasa s výhledem na Las Vegas. Všichni jsou příjemní. Při příjezdu nám nabídli up-grade pokoje za 250 USD, přijali jsme ho a poté jsme zjistili, že vlastně žádný up-grade nemáme, dostali jsme úplně stejný pokoj jako naši kolegové ze společné konference. Tak pozor na toto. Nějak jsme to neřešili, protože jsme měli dost náročný program.

Amazing place, the service is top notch and BIG shout out to the valet team! The food was amazing, and it’s right across from The Shops at Crystal. We highly recommend going over to Dolce & Gabanna, ask for Lisa, she’s fantastic! We Will definitely be coming back!
