Top notch beautiful place, I’d say top 3 hotel in Chicago.
- excellent bathroom, as expected at a Waldorf - no diamond upgrade - diamond meal credit was good quality but small-portioned - gym was amazing. especially the lap pool. - comfortable bed. - no noise issues. - polite staff, although it felt like I was talking to Optimus robots. In summary, a top quality room and top quality gym.
Logan and Will made sure our first stay at this property was exceptional from beginning to the end. Helpful in every way, this experience was one for the ages. Looking forward to coming back soon.
The hospitality and customer service is top notch! From the front desk, to the spa, to the restaurant staff, everyone! The hotel is pet friendly and the staff is great at seeming to love your pet about as much as you do. The location is in walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!
