I have purchased since the early 2000's from Waldor. I like the Cattleyas I receive from them. I especially like that they bring back what I call the "Heritage Classic American Cattleyas' of their golden age of the 60's through the 80's!
I look forward to getting there again. Their display at the Phila. Flower Show (which is going on now) is always amazing. This year Waldor used the theme of Peter Pan to show case these wonderful small orchids with the roots trailing out behind them like they are flying through the forest.
Fabulous place!! My big Cymbidium I bought last Christmas put up 6 spikes loaded with buds. And my spider orchid also bloomed this year!! See you later today for one for the holidays!!
