I cannot recommend these apartments enough! They are well kept but the thing that makes me the most impressed is the staff here. Sam and Victoria in the office are SO easy to talk to. They are informative and patient. Every time I have called, they have always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance team, Tim and Hector are very quick to respond and fix my requests. I love living here; the apartments, the cleanliness, the views, and the pet friendly neighbors. Thank you so much!
Building management is nonexistent. The front office is run by 20-year-old kids who simply can't do the job. No proper mitigation for snow in winter months. My daughter fell on the ice several times on our sidewalk stepping out of our house, and I nearly got into several accidents simply pulling out of the parking lot because it was never plowed or salted very well and my car always slid into oncoming traffic. This was originally a 5-star review, but that has changed. We have lived here for over a year, and had a great experience up until a couple of months ago. Garbage is everywhere. In the parking lots, the grass, and massive furniture that has been sitting by the dumpsters for months. Our view is of garbage. For a place that seems to be really on top of promoting a “peaceful and healthy environment for all residents,” I find it interesting that they are allowing garbage to overflow.
The service team at The Orion is unmatched! Hector & Tim are always going above and beyond for our community. Their dedication, hard work, and positive attitudes make all the difference! Keep up the great work Orion team!
I wanted to.update everyone where I live. The Orion is where I live, they are really professional, very courteous! Sam the property manager is so over the top nice , professional, really follow uo.with any concerns a tenant has. My family and zi have lived here 19 years, and we are so happy hear.
