The apartment and amenities are amazing! The maintenance staff is very efficient especially Harold. But the topper Is the office staff. Sam and Regina are always there to help With anything. They truly make you feel at home!
Moved my daughter in. Horrendous in many ways. Like most apartment living in Michigan now, everything is ruined by oppressive weed usage around the complex. It stinks, literally. The pre-move in cleaning was done, and, well… the apartment was just a tad filthy. I have never seen a dirtier A/C filter (multiple years worth of grime). Concrete porch is heaved, evidence of water intrusion on lower level. Clothes Dryer was not connected properly to the exhaust vent and years’ worth of clothing fuzz was mounded up behind dryer. It is home well kept place
Great staff. Sam and Victoria went above and beyond. They lay all the details out up front so you don't get blindsided on move in day with hidden fees. The renovated 2 bed 2 bath is extremely clean and new feeling.Family friendly smaller complex that makes you feel at home. Love the location ...not to busy and it feels like your out in the country but you're only 2 mi away from every store you can imagine including the Great lakes crossing Mall. Nice trail behind the complex. Definitely recommend!!
The reply to this review is also false. I’m not giving our real last names because now after spending $2,500 of our sisters money to help with trying not to get evicted , another bill has been sent trying to get more money for the carpet that was ruined by the flood in our apartment! My experience was not so good!! All of the reviews are obviously showing such a great experience. There is another side always to the management.
