Great staff. Sam and Victoria went above and beyond. They lay all the details out up front so you don't get blindsided on move in day with hidden fees. The renovated 2 bed 2 bath is extremely clean and new feeling.Family friendly smaller complex that makes you feel at home. Love the location ...not to busy and it feels like your out in the country but you're only 2 mi away from every store you can imagine including the Great lakes crossing Mall. Nice trail behind the complex. Definitely recommend!!
The reply to this review is also false. I’m not giving our real last names because now after spending $2,500 of our sisters money to help with trying not to get evicted , another bill has been sent trying to get more money for the carpet that was ruined by the flood in our apartment! My experience was not so good!! All of the reviews are obviously showing such a great experience. There is another side always to the management. Lived there for 5 years had full apartment flooding with no help because on the weekend. Flooring replaced went bad due to another leak. Maintenance of appliances was bad. Had mouse in apartment also. Then evicted for noise during non quiet time with a disabled child. Never missed a rent payment. Even fixed up apartment then still gave eviction notice. Terrible management!
April Afalava did an awesome job helping us find a home that met our needs and fit within our budget. She was kind, funny, and genuinely authentic throughout the process.
Take my advice… Avoid first floor units unless you’re okay with hearing every step from above. My apartment was newly renovated too. I lived here for two years, and while Hector from maintenance was always responsive and professional, the rest of the management experience was disappointing. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone in the office. About 9 out of 10 calls go unanswered and when you do get a hold of someone, the staff show little empathy or concern.
