Had a partial return of an order, 6 months ago for some blinds for a Chevy Van. They sent a return slip and had a courier pick it up back in the summer. They had not refunded us for the product they received back. I was assured in December that they would process the refund, and they offered their apologies. It has now been 3 more weeks and still no refund, nor can I get an honest answer or follow-up regarding the money Waldoch owes us.
Had new seat covers put in my 2004 avalanche. Seats look like brand new again. They did a great job
5weeks later... this poor ford Dealership is getting the runaround from Waldoch. Their warranty is not as described. If you have an issue you can’t get it rectified due to managements voicemail being full. Purchased Raptor with Waldoch bumper and light bars. Light bars finish deteriorated in less than two years and the overpriced powder coated bumper rusted. They do not return phone calls nor stand behind their product or warranty.
Ordered some accessories from them over the phone, the guy I dealt with was great, handled all my concerns and questions. I got it shipped to me, all the right parts, unlike other stores that sell you the wrong part. Took a star off only because it took longer than I expected to get the parts but I’m still very happy.
Best deals at the state fair! Got a set of tires and wheels 20% less than anyone else offered. Installed them myself. Truck looks wicked good now.
Bought a Galaxy van about a year ago. One of my better vehicle purchase decisions. I’ve had two warranty claims on it but Waldoch took care of it promptly. I’d give them 5 stars if I didn’t have any problems.
I purchased a Waldoch truck for my business, added every option they offered, including the supercharger. I bought a 2019 Ford F150 with the Waldoch Rampage pkg. My god this truck is fun to drive!!! Thank you!!
