My roommate and I (female mid 20s) lived here for the past 2 years and we’ve so many negative experiences here. We are beyond ready to move out when our lease is up. If you need the absolute cheapest rent and don’t care about literally anything else, this place might be okay for you. Otherwise, don’t even bother. If zero stars were available, I would rate it a zero. My power and heat would go out in the winter all of the time in the Missouri winter. Also, my apartment's bathtub rarely drained properly. Due to neighbors, I experienced a few roaches/bugs. Also, it was difficult to reach the property manager. Rent at your own risk.
Reached out to the staff to set up a tour of the property and never heard back from anyone. 1st Red flag 2nd was the incident where multiple vehicles parked by the property were broken into. Look elsewhere
The maintenance guy is awesome... neighbors are cooo.. rightnext to the trolley trail & open field perfect for dog owners .. good place
