Bait and Switch! I was shown a studio on the 4th floor and the owner Tom said the apt available below on the 3rd floor was a "mirror image". Was not shown my 3rd apt till 2 days before move -in and it was nearly half the size of the studio I was shown for the same price. Owner (who lives on site) made no apologizes and said "well the morning light is better". Also there was water pouring in from the ceiling and light fixtures as it was raining outside. We love the Waldo and our Waldo family. Great management. The charm and characteristics of our place is a bonus. Very dog friendly building. Can’t imagine living anywhere else in the city.
I love living at the Waldo! There's a fantastic community of friendly folks. And it's fun to live in such a historic building. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else :)
Love living here... Lots of nice people and just 4 blocks to the dog park
