I'd give Kyle's work 5 stars—he fixed the toilet perfectly and explained the process clearly every step of the way. However, giving 4 stars due to lack of timelines/clarity from the company side in scheduling and adhering to appointment times

Kyle was awesome! Throughly explained everything and wrote out instructions for the carpenter we need. Two toilets replaced but work needed to be done on the pipes so we need additional work! Thanks!
