RecommendedUnfortunately I have to sublease my room in a 3bed/3bath apartment in Walden Station, one of the best complexes beside the university. It has a fully furnished living room/bedroom, in-house laundry, and appliances! Rent is $674 per month and all included. My room is available from December 1st and the lease would be till July 2021. It’s a great community to live in and the staff is very friendly and they do maintenance quickly after it is requested. Walden has a gym, pool, and plenty of parking. They also have a dog park and pet stations with doggy bags for pet owners, and the pet fee is only paid once unlike other complexes that charge monthly. They have events with free food and drinks and the property manager attends which shows he cares about his residents. They also have a security guard overnight and emergency blue lights. Great place to live! Any ladies looking to move into a 3bd/3ba let me know. I need someone that will sublease for me. Only reason for moving out is because I graduated and found a new roommate. It's in a great area!
