I ordered and paid for a roof insert on December 1 and have not received it as of February 16. My messages to Bobby were either unanswered or a run around. Right now I am out of $3000 but am hoping my credit card company can resolve this case of fraud.

The Walden team has refused to respond to me or my husband regarding our build that is nearly 1.5 years behind schedule. Over the past few months we have called, left messages, texted, and messaged in facebook and have not received any answer or even the courtesy of our money back if the build is no longer possible. At this point, I'm pleading for someone to return our calls. This project was paid in full in advance in Aug-2022. PLEASE HELP.
