The maintence crew/management did a great job with snow removal during the blizzard in February. They had people out doing the roads and sidewalks as soon as it started snowing & they were still there when it stopped. People (who shoveled their cars out) were able to make it to work the next day. Really appreciate their efforts. Many communities were not on top of it the way they were. It is very much appreciated.
Walden pond used to be a wonderful place to live. We have been here over 6 years and have always been happy. That being said, the place is HORRIBLE now and we cannot wait to leave the nanosecond a unit opens in the community we want to live in. Over the past year +, Walden pond has completely gone to hell. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to commend the head maintenance technician and his team for their outstanding work. He’s efficient, communicates clearly, and consistently follows through to get things done. Managing a 300-unit complex is no easy task, yet the maintenance department handles it with professionalism and dedication. I truly appreciate their hard work and commitment to keeping the property running smoothly.
