Been here now for a year. I'm out of here. The maintenance is Horrible. I had a leaking kitchen sink and cold water supply. It took them a week to respond and another week to make a repair. they repair with used pairts . Totally foreign to the standards here. They don't care and will wait for you to make any repairs, even though you dont own the place. I rent. Don't be fooled ask first before you consider renting here. I know so many people who live here and have nothing but problems, this place don't replace anything, they just keep trying to repare it with old used parts, from empty apartments . so what ever they tried to fix don't stay fix . So you live with no hot water some times. Is this normal? I will never live in a run down, filthy hole, in the wall place that don't take care of their tenants.

Duck and geese poop every where. When I sit on my balcony overlooking the pond it smells like sewage because of that. When you try to walk the side walks are filled with 💩. So so have to dodge your steps. The putting greens are covered in poop. My Electric is outrageous and I never use it. Where I came from Electric was 60.00 a month, here it's 300.00. National Grid was a big surprise which they never mentioned in the lease at signing. So when I called about cold showers, they said oh you need NG. Surprise another bill. I s... read more
