I AM SHOCKED that Walden Pond will not return my security deposit. I have left the state and I think they count on my not being able to appear at small claims court because there isn't any other explanation for their behavior. After living here 7 years, moving out with their approval, being a tenant in good standing, leaving a clean apartment there is no other explanation except dishonesty. Be careful
Despite the horror stories I’ve heard about roaches and poor service I thought we’d stay here while our new house is completed. The office staff were impossible to get ahold of and when we finally did they were rude. Definitely do not recommend.
Not such a great place to live They definitely don't care about OUR elderly!!!! Takes weeks for them to fix something that should be done same day !! Mold in apartments ..Elden that's guys is horry s
The maintence crew/management did a great job with snow removal during the blizzard in February. They had people out doing the roads and sidewalks as soon as it started snowing & they were still there when it stopped. People (who shoveled their cars out) were able to make it to work the next day. Really appreciate their efforts. Many communities were not on top of it the way they were. It is very much appreciated.
