My son recently moved in and I love so many things about it! It's a quiet complex which is rare in our town! They have a large saltwater pool that is kept clean. The ambience in the complex is very different from other complexes in this area. It's relaxing. The office staff are very friendly.
Absolutely horrible experience. I was relocated due to a promotion, and moved out early. However, I revisited multiple times in order to clean. Upon my last visit, I found my patio door left open and water was all over the floor of my apartment. I had the keys in my possession. Staff were the only people with access. Prior to this, I had multiple staff walk throughs and was informed of what I would be charged. However, the amount was significantly less. Awful management and staff. Not only are the apartments old and falling apart, the staff is uninformed and uncooperative. I had multiple walk throughs before move out. I was told I would have most of my deposit refunded on multiple occasions. However, I didn’t even receive 20%. My girl friend and I spent hours cleaning top to bottom, but were still charged. The staff here are clueless, rude, and unprofessional.
Terrible apartments. They don’t take maintenance issues seriously until you tell them it’s damaging their property. No ones ever in the office and when asking for another key they ending up losing the master key. Don’t waste your money there’s plenty of other apartments.
The staff in the front leading ovffice was very pleasant and helpful! Jillian Arredondo always greets everyone with a beautiful smile! Karina Mendoza has a great willingness to help & Gerald was THE BEST! He walked me through the whole process and consistently checked in to let me know the status of my application. Great work team!!!
