After working with the Carlisle for 5 years...... they cut my hours to eventually taking me off the schedule. Ever since the inception I made it known I can’t work Friday nights because I observed the sabbath. It was wa a never an issue until the new administration came in. When I told her the reason she smirked over the phone. I was never placed on the schedule again. You guys need to respect people religious and cultural views. It’s a shame!
RecommendedI have been working hand in hand with the Sheridan at Birmingham for a couple of years now and each time I am in their community the staff and residents are always very friendly and courteous. The building is gorgeous and clean and has a unique atmosphere that seniors and their families can enjoy
