I have been in my studio apartment now for about three months and I genuinely couldn’t be happier! I’d like to start by mentioning how well the studio is laid out. It is an L shape design which makes the apartment feel like a one bedroom. The kitchen is its own little galley and the main closet is big enough to make it into an office while still having plenty of room for storage. I've enjoyed living here so far, and it's overall a good community, though a bit of an older property than you'd expect considering the prices. The area/surrounding neighborhood is very lovely. The building is between 2 local parks, and is ~15 minute walking distance to Porter and Davis Square, and ~20 minutes to Alewife. Harvard square is a bit further, about a 30 minute walk.
