this property is run by walden management...have had several problems dealing with the association board as owners (have say with board) and co-owners (have no say with board) the buildings are poorly kept and tend to be unclean and unkept on insides as well. have trouble getting maintenence to care for repairs to the property. also property poorly maintained. area on other hand is quiet and safe. neighbors are extrodinarily friendly and the community is nice.
