I had a root canal done and a wisdom tooth extraction and was very nervous. Dr walden was very caring and professional. He made me laugh to calm my nerves and the staff was great about explaining the procedures to me before we started. Between him and his staff I felt very comfortable. The office was very warm and welcoming. It didn't feel like a dental office. Both procedures were quick and pain free! I am very happy I chose to come here and will be returning for any future work I may need.

This was my first root canal, so didn't know what to expect, or what the process was. Dr Walden didn't do any testing or exam to determine which tooth was defective - just relied on me to tell him where pain was, and did a root canal on the tooth I thought was painful. Returned after several months because nothing had improved by having root canal. This time he tests to determine which tooth is defective! ... and says I need a root canal on the adjacent tooth. i went to Walden for a root canal. Office staff was business-like with little compassion, in my opinion. It took about 5 shots to numb the location, and even then there was intense pain at toward of the procedure, and I was told it would just take a second or two and it'd be done. It HURT LIKE HE11. IV sedation would have been additional. The procedure had to be paid in full BEFORE being done.
