The nurses will not give medical medication if you're late to medline and some facilitators are very biased on the serenity prayer. Some residents get UA 5 times a month while other chronic relapsers get special treatment. They allow predators in the program and even have a smoking schedule meanwhile residents are detoxing.
In the 90’s I was at 214 Haight St and graduated to Buena Vista …both places are great tools if you use them as a tool to better your life!!! Great opportunities are given!! Is there garbage there, or anywhere?? Yes!!! So don’t touch it and go for the hard to reach things!! Many people i meet at those homes are dead or in prison or back on the streets….
