If I was able to negative star ratings I would. The apartments have roachs. Also, once you start doing your laundry there you end up with bedbugs in you clothes and of course you bedding and towels. Then management wants to blame the tenant for the bedbugs. Mind you we didn't have any issues with bedbugs until after we moved in the apartments. NOT LOOK AT THIS PLACE. You sign a lease and the rent should be guaranteed for the term of your lease, but not here. They increase the rent every six months even if your lease is for a year. They have increased the rent twice during a pandemic, they have even started charging tenants the late fee again during this pandemic. This latest increase came 5 months after the last increase. There are rules and regulations and management doesn't hold anyone accountable so why have rules and regulations. There is always trash pile... read more
