WALDEN CREEK APARTMENTS in Spring Hill is officially the worst place to live EVER! After having to move in to a bug infested, dog piss saturated, college dorm of an apartment we have now experienced the best part of all. This morning my wife realized upon getting into her car that one of the wonderful residents of this wonderful community had projectile vomited all over her car. DO NOT LIVE AT THIS APARTMENT!The place is made from cheap material and you will have bugs and what not living with you inside the apartment. We lived there for over a year and it started out OK but went downhill from there. The worse thing at this place was the Property Manager and her staff. Some were OK but overall they do not care about your needs. Also, the property managers kids run amuck and do whatever they want to you or your property without any supervision. My wife and I would not advise anyone to choose Walden Creek Apartments. The management staff is very unorganized and parking,the noise from neighbors is a hassle. READ, READ ,READ your lease, and make sure to get a copy of everything you sign. They will try and use that against you when you move out. If you pay a pet deposit make sure you get the amount and the promised refund amount of the deposit in writing. But just to make things easier on you and your family look elsewhere and do not choose Walden Creek.
*****DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! IT IS AN ABOLSUTE JOKE!!!*****This apartment complex is run by complete idiots. They are disorganized, and lazy! Any issue you have is meaningless to them. No matter how big or "small".Do yourself a favor and find a better complex where you can avoid cheaply constructed apartments, lazy maintenance staff, and poor communcation by the main office staff. You will regret living here. No matter how great it seems at first, it will go downhill quickly!
I have lived here for about 4 months. I love it here. It is a growing place and the apartments are so quiet. They are spacious and are priced very good for the others in the area. They keep all the landscaping and everything so neat and clean and my apartment is great with a very open plan. The manager is great she is always friendly and tries to help with anything she can. We have been paying a huge amount for rent for an apartment and a garage. The amount of problems we have encountered with poor response from management for noisy neighbors is unbelievable. It is better to take the abuse than complain because management does not know how to mediate and resolve problems. They would rather kick you out than take care of the problem. I love Walden Creek. The complex is new, clean and quiet. In September we moved to Franklin to be closer to work but have decided to move back once this lease is up since it is much nicer and more affordable at WC. The staff is very friendly and is there to please. Cant wait to move back!
Nice on the outside, but awful on the inside. We lived here for a year and couldnt wait to get out of our lease. This place is awful and has huge safety hazards. You can tell they either rushed building the place or just didnt care at all and used the cheapest materials and labor they could find.
