Greedy and terrible communication. I keep getting the run around on removing a roommate. My lease agreement and what they're telling me sound conflicting. They are greedy and want a months extra rent even though the lease is not in fact being terminated. I've asked multiple times to be shown where the lease states a roommate removal fee, it could not be found. I've waited days to settle this and I'm the one that has to continually call to try and even get an answer. they do not care. do not recommend
Hunter in the office was very kind and welcoming. I felt at home from the minute that I walked in. A beautiful property and great service.
