This was the most awful experience I could have ever had. We paid Rick almost 40,000 dollars to remodel our home. We bought all the tile needed for the job, to the sum of 1500.00 dollars, and he only gave us back a little over 700.00. My job is not finished. He used cardboard behind the mosaic tile. He is a crook and one of the most hypocritical people I have ever run into. He pushed and hounds for money the entire time. This was a horrible and unprofessional experience. I’ve been in commercial construction for 25 years and I know how the customer is supposed to be treated and how a project is supposed to run. We recently had Walden Constrution preform some remodel work at our house. It was a constant battle making sure that they were working on the project, at one point no work was done on the house for two weeks while their materials and mess was left behind in our way.
