My experience at Walden Brook “HAS NOT” been a pleasurable one. Pros; The property is decent, nice views and somewhat quiet. Cons: 1. I received keys to my apartment on 2/7/25. It was a week later than originally planned. The day before my original move in, staff notified me that my apartment would not be ready. I already took off time from work and had a company getting ready to move me. It was a major inconvenience and I was not offered a discount or a property apology. 2. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has been the worst apartment I've ever lived in. To point out the few positives, the neighborhood, is very quiet, valet trash is always on time, and Darius is the best person to work with. Everything else here is a huge NO for me. This is my second year here, not by choice, and I will certainly not be renewing my lease. From the first night I stayed in my apartment, I was greeted with the worst roach infestation. I’ve been here 3 months and I love my apartment. Darius was very helpful with my move in from start to finish, the maintenance team is prompt with repairs, the complex is well kept, valet trash is always picked up, Anthony and Maria are always welcoming when I go to the office, they keep you informed about the community and last but not least; the activities they have at the office is awesome even though I never been, I like the fact they do offer engagement.
