My experience at Walden Brook “HAS NOT” been a pleasurable one. Pros; The property is decent, nice views and somewhat quiet. Cons: 1. I received keys to my apartment on 2/7/25. It was a week later than originally planned. The day before my original move in, staff notified me that my apartment would not be ready. I visited Walden yesterday, when I walked in I noticed only 1 person in the office. I was greeted and made feel welcomed. She took me to tour the model which by the way smelled good and was clean. The leasing agent Ms. Maria was very detailed and confident in her product, when I tell you she knows her stuff, it was a breath of fresh air in seeing how she took her time and answered my questions, she did not rush me. I enjoyed my time spent at Walden Brook. I loved my unit. Maintenance came whenever an order was put in. There were neighbors with children that let their children do whatever but other than that, the neighborhood is nice for the area. A tad bit too pricey. I didn’t like that they only let you use your employee discount for the first lease; if you renewed, you then had to pay regular price and rent also went up at renewal as well. Office staff were nice and they worked with you.
