Her patience and understanding made me feel valued as a potential resident, and I appreciate her dedication to providing a positive experience.

My experience at Walden Brook “HAS NOT” been a pleasurable one. Pros; The property is decent, nice views and somewhat quiet. Cons: 1. I received keys to my apartment on 2/7/25. It was a week later than originally planned. The day before my original move in, staff notified me that my apartment would not be ready. This is a Safe, Quiet, and Clean Community! Plus, The Office Staff is friendly, professional, and reliable. I have no complaints and I've been here now for 3 years! Not to forget that the Property Manager, Maria Erazo has done a Great Job! I can see the improvements to the property since the current office staff has been here. Thank You! Note: 5th year now, and my experience here is still the same
