Great Customer Service I love Ms.Maria and Ms.Mackenzie they are the most beautiful amazing womens I ever meet and I’m glad that I choose Walden Brook for a place to stay
McKenzie and Maria are the two best workers to help you get your apartment. They work with diligently and they’re amazing if you’re looking for an apartment.
Excellent place to live, quiet and peaceful as well. They respond timely to concerns and opinions and willing to work with you on multiple levels. Maria is an excellent person to work with.
Only thing I will review is about Mackenzie my leasing agent.. she was helpful the whole process and still helpful as a tenant when I have any questions.. great with following up in a timely manner...
I have been living at Walden Brook since 1/22/26. The staff is very pleasant however the apartments are not! My second day in my unit and I was greeted with a roach infestation. The infestation was under the refrigerator. GROSS! I did get a new refrigerator 5 days after I asked for the infested one be removed from my unit. The storage closet where the hot water heater and vent filter had excessive dust build up … so much that it was globbed up and I had to use my vacuum to get what I could out.
