AMAZING, let me tell you about my leasing team. Did i say AMAZING? I toured with Anthony. He took me around the property the grounds were clean. So let's talk about my leasing agent Makenzie 🤩 everything went smoothly from tour to move in. Makenzie kept me updated throughout the whole process. I been renting for a year now! They actually are good people who work with you! They give daily updates about the community. The grounds are always kept up! I have been at Walden for 10 months now. When I first moved here they were keeping up with the property but the last 3-4 months it has went down. They never blow through the buildings and there are spider webs everywhere as you walk up the steps and in the breezeway. Some panels have mud like stains as well as the steps are badly stained which can be painted.
