My first experience with them was when I had to make a very upsetting serious call to get help for a family member and the person who answered was laughing and giggling with another person on the other end with them. I started to speak and they continued to giggle so I hung up. Horrible and unprofessional!
Had an intake session in February of 2022. They told me a spot would be opening in a few weeks. It is almost July of 2022 and I have not heard anything. My phone calls and emails go unanswered. But they didn't forget to cash my $100 check for the intake session!!!
