RecommendedThey've always been so kind and compassionate to my cats and myself.
Tried to give clinc another chance after they refused to let me talk to a vet during a wellness check for my dog. They still stand by their reasoning that they are too busy. I have a hard time accepting that they want me to pay for a wellness exam, but I can't talk to a vet. Under normal circumstances I'd be inside talking to a vet during exam so a phone conversation should be the norm during the pandemic. I will be taking my pets to a vet that will give me their undivided attention during my pet's exam.
I had a sick 4 day old kitten, I called Walden animal clinic and had explaining everything including the age of the kitten, I was told that they could see the kitten at 12pm. I drove 25 mins to wait another 10mins after getting there. The young lady who I had spoken to around 9am and who book the appointment came out to tell me she made a mistake that the vet does not care for young kittens.. how could a vet refuse to see a sick animal sitting in her parking lot just because of age?!?!? It's with deepest sympathy to hear about your kitten's passing. When you called to schedule an appointment by no means were we made aware it was an emergency. You initially tried to schedule for the next day which we didn't have any availability so we offered a 12 pm for the same day that you were unsure if you could make. When you arrived for your appointment we informed you the doctor was with a geriatric critical patient and we weren't sure how long until it was stable. So compassionate and always helpful. I love these folks. They've cared for my 2 dogs and my 3 cats since we moved here 17 years ago. I highly, highly recommend them!!!
In the craziness of the world today I just want to stop and brag about our Vet. Walden animal clinic, Dr.Kelly is seriously the best!! My family has been going here for almost 15 years. They have never once let us down. From my 5 phone calls a day bugging the girls for results, silly questions, concerns, to our office visits. I absolutely love love love them!! today was our first visit and I really can't say enough amazing things we love Dr.Rich and her staff the quality of care our baby received was beyond amazing. we will never go anywhere else ♡
Dr. Rich saw our cat this morning as a walk in when our regular vet couldn’t see us. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. She was very gentle and compassionate. I think we have found our new vet.
The staff at Walden Animal Clinic are all amazing. They truly care about your pet's best outcome and work hard with you to help. They are treating my cat for kidney disease like he was their own furbaby, with kindness and patience. They answer every question, with details, honesty and great knowledgeability. I couldn't imagine a better practice. Every single staff member is fantastic. Also not to be forgotten the staff cats and dogs are also all Good Dogs and Good Kitties.
