Wouldn't go back I had my wedding set re-sized here and when they first brought it out to me the bands did not fit together at all. They brought it back and fixed it but the bands didn't seem to fit together as neatly as they did before. One side was also a little off. The same side a few months later lost a diamond. I have a policy on the ring so it's covered but what I wanted to hear from them was they would make the bands fit together well. Great old watch!! Stopped in this store on a whim. I had been debating if an old Bulova watch was worth putting a new battery in as I had not worn the watch in years. I fully expected them to need a few days to look at the watch themselves to determine if it was worth a new battery. The cute young gentleman behind the counter was so friendly and nice!! Great staff who are very knowledgeable Staff is attentive and courteous. Have a great knowledge of jewlery and diamonds. Jewlers on site can be helpful with custom questions. I have brought my ring there twice to fix the prongs and they have fixed it quickly with no charge. They also cleaned and polished the ring and it looked like new.

Service I have developed rheumatoid arthritis. My fingers swelled up horribly last week, and I needed my ring removed. The gold smith was very gentle as he cut the ring free. When I tried to pay, they refused. I trust these people.

Waldeland Jewelry & Gifts is awesome! The people at Waldeland are wonderful! My wedding ring was damaged ring in an accident and I was sure that it was beyond repair, but they made it look exactly as it had the day I got married - and nearly 10 years after the repair it is still in great shape. I have also brought in necklaces to get clasps fixed and had my links taken out of my watches and new batteries put in - the staff is friendly and they do great quality work at a reasonable price. Beware My son took his wedding ring here to be sized. He had been married for only two weeks. While they were sizing it they made a mistake and took his satin ring and turned it into a polished ring. This was a very expensive designer ring. They never asked for permission to do this. Be careful here.

Very Happy I am a collector of antique rings and bring all of mine here for resizing, valuation and repair. They have always been professional and have done beautiful work to my rings. Very highly recommended.
