Wow! Customer service was so terrible I laughed about it. Requiring a pre application form and having a waiting list for apartment tours is new to but so is the whole process but I figured ok cool, but then when I go to ask where can I find this form the lady hung up on me. Didn’t tell me her name obviously on purpose what a mess
Staff is sneaky and vindictive to tenants.
