Couldn’t make an appointment online as they are a week out currently sick right now called to see if they can put a antibiotic into the pharmacy for me as I am a patient. They told me we can’t do that with out seeing you and your doctor is not here today the best we can do for you is go to a urgent care. Long story short I set up an appointment with Lehigh Valley health got to see a primary doctor on a Friday and got my antibiotic. St Luke’s just makes you wait and takes your money never helping you.
Nicholas Tatalias, MD, terrible bedside manner. Invalidated concerns and appeared inconvenienced by visit. Insurance was not billed for services.
Dr. Todd is a great doctor. My whole family sees him and I've never once felt rushed or dismissed with any of our concerns. He actually listens to you and talks you through things.
I believe they have to be more respectful with the patients's time. I had a "virtual appt" joined the call and nobody was there, then got a call from the office saying doctor Khan was runing late from another patient that if I could do later that day.. ok.. was reschedule for 3 pm. Then when I was at my daughter's pediatrician got a call to do the virtual visit, I didn't want to have a call there because what I was discussing was private, so got told.. ok just reschedule when you can..
