We were not too happy with the vets except for Dr. Fanelli. Always scheduled with him because we trusted him. Our dog died 11 days ago. She was their patient since day one. After 12 1/2 years, we received not even a postcard of condolence. How disappointing. The 4 stars are for Dr. Fanelli.
