I want to recognize Miss O ogunti and Ms Lorena at Wakulla Urgent Care for their outstanding care. Both were incredibly professional, kind, and sweet with every patient they helped. They took time to explain things clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and cared for. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. Wakulla Urgent Care is lucky to have them.
Advertises walk-in’s, was the only provider my insurance covered in the nearest 200 miles, drove over an hour and a half to get there, for them to say its appointment only. The sign outside literally says walk-ins welcome. Can’t comment on the care they provide but I can comment on how annoying it was to be turned away at the door for a very simple problem that could’ve been fixed in 10-15 minutes. They told me I could schedule an appointment for the next day. Yeah right, gas is $5 a gallon, change your sign.
Nice place! They got my daughter right in! Very nice people!! Loved it!!
I cannot recommend going to this facility. Every time I go here I feel like I am not heard or listened to. Always a fight to refill my prescription. Took a full week for them to finally send it to the pharmacy. It just feels like a constant battle and I’m tired. Tried to request Dr.Keen multiple times and get told that I have to use the nurse practitioner. I have been going to this doctor for about ten years and never met him. So no ill will towards him.
Awesome customer service. Nurse, NP, & Dr all very concerned for my grandchildren. Very professional.
