Lorena at the front desk is great and always helpful. The phlebotomist got the draw the first time. Big bonus as I'm a tough draw. Got on and out quickly without an appointment. Great option of you need labs drawn or urgent care and you're on the east side of Franklin County. Worth the drive!
We went because dr said go to urgent care and they said we needed to call our dr and we said we did and they said go to urgent care and the rude person tending to child she was babysitting said we still should see our dr so we came to southwood urgent care where it is a true urgent care and they are very nice
