Dr. Waki pierced my sinus during the implant--and did not inform me of the mishap. Less than a week later, I was in the emergency room with viral meningitis. The infection lasted over a month, was very uncomfortable, and resulted in temporary memory loss. Dr. Waki was very defensive about piercing the sinus--but finally admitted that it "might have happened"--and then insinuated that I might be prone to viral meneingitis!
Dr. Waki did tissue grafts for me and he was quick, pain free and very nice. Definite recommend.
