This firm is extremely unorganized, unprofessional, and may be scamming. I submitted a request for a phone call about two cases that I filed pro se and had completed most of the work for. I didn't receive a call back until at least 7 weeks later. On March 24th after I had a phone call with Mr. Douglas I filled out the intake form, same day.
