My foot Doctor saw a wound on my leg and told me I need to see a wound doctor. She called in a referral to Wake Med Wound Care Clinic and they would call me for an appointment. I was never contacted and looking into what happened I was told the wound clinic tried to call me 2 times and didn’t get an answer. I don’t know why they didn’t leave a voicemail. Update June 2024 They redeemed themselves after their phone issues were resolved. The specialists I worked with were helpful and gave a great professional opinion. Turns out I have to be referred elsewhere but once we got through the initial issues regarding scheduling all went well. Upgraded from 1 to 4 stars. I was referred by my doctor and no one contacted me. Left 2 voicemails and called countless other times at various times of the day. No one ever answers or calls back.
